ABOUT MARTIN
​Brought up a stones-throw from Suffolk's beautiful heritage coast, I’ve spent close to two decades in recruitment in various director-level positions, within agencies ranging from start-ups to those exceeding a turnover of £100m. I possess a comprehensive understanding of recruitment methods and the shortcomings of traditional agencies - and why you may avoid them.
This prompted the establishing of Martin Salter Associates not only to provide a service that is entirely personal but, by leveraging the low overheads this creates, to offer recruitment support and outsourcing that is accessible to even the smallest of businesses and private employers.
