A boutique office estate agency based in London, specialising in helping businesses find new office space.

 

The job


As Database Manager you will support the Business Development team by researching companies using Google and LinkedIn and accurately input, maintain, and manage the corresponding data within the companies CRM database. You will be provided with data that requires a little research before updating the CRM with accurate records to be used by the business development team. As a fully remote role, this will suit somebody who is comfortable with lone-working and long hours of screen time. You'll need to use initiative during the research phase and have excellent IT skills to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.

Exceptional IT skills and ability to quickly learn new CRM systems

Organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented

Efficient typing skills

Proficient in data entry and associated techniques

Working knowledge of LinkedIn

Ability to multi-task

Enthusiastic and self-motivated

 

Where you'll be based


The role is fully remote, with no expectation to visit the office

 

What you'll receive


- £23,000 - £27,000 per annum dependent on experience

- Employed role (permanent contract)

- Working Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break (35 hour week)

- Consideration given to 4 days per week or 5 shorter days (salary pro rata)

- 28 days holiday including bank holidays

- Equipment including laptop and 2x monitors

- Full training either in person or via Teams
