A traditional, reputable estate agency and chartered surveyor providing residential, agricultural and commercial property expertise to the local market.


The job

Based in the Diss office as part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising chartered surveyors, valuers, planners, land agents, and architects, you will provide professional and management services designed specifically for landowners, farmers, and estate owners. You'll draw on your extensive knowledge to offer a complete service to landowners, including the prevailing conditions in the local agricultural land and property market, estate management, planning for agricultural building conversion or even advice on payment schemes and grant funding. This is a rarely available role within the business, and has come about due to impending retirement.


What you'll need

Experience as a Rural Surveyor or similar role (we are open to varying levels of experience)

RICS accredited

Desire to embed yourself into a renowned organisation and have a real impact on the rural landscape

A self-starter, able to prioritise workload

A real team player - we have a close-knit team

A full UK driving licence


Where you'll be based

The office is based in Diss, Norfolk, in a town centre location.


What you'll receive

- £25,000 - £55,000 per annum dependent on experience

- Annual bonus

- Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch

- Company pension (4.5% contribution)

- 45p per mile business mileage

- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (plus 2 additional days for each 4 year period of service)
