The hotel offers 80 contemporary hotel bedrooms and a wide range of facilities including; the a la carte Lakes Restaurant, two 18-hole Championship golf courses and driving range, six function rooms offering superb views over Constable Country ideal for weddings, celebrations and conferences, and hi-tech Peake Fitness facilities.

The job

As Sports Bar Manager you will take a lead role in the management of the incredibly popular and busy sports bar at the resort, providing an efficient and friendly service almost akin to a pub landlord at times. The sports bar is where golfers congregate before and after playing - bacon sandwiches and burgers are very popular from the bars dedicated kitchen! There is an impressive terrace with spectacular views across the resort and huge potential to take ownership of a very busy part of the resort.

What you'll need

Experienced hospitality manager, preferably from a sports bar or volume pub environment
Exceptional customer service & guest experience skills
Thrive in a busy environment
A passion and drive to succeed

Where you'll be based

The resort is located close to the Suffolk/Essex border, 20 minutes from Colchester and 30 minutes from Ipswich

What you'll receive

£31,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working 42.5 hours per week 5 days from 7
