Our fees are transparent and, by design, far lower than those of traditional recruitment agencies. Not only has this provided accessibility to smaller businesses and private employers that previously found recruitment support out of their reach, but offers slightly larger companies the opportunity to truly outsource their recruitment without the worry of spiralling costs.

Our recruitment services attract no up front fees, you pay only when you hire, and will be not be invoiced until your new hire has started.

The same service, with a reduced rate for private employers, country house, and registered charities.
A minimum fee of £750 is applicable for positions attracting remuneration of less than £15,000 per annum

Should you wish for us to recruit on your behalf alongside other recruiters, or part of a wider PSL, please contact us to discuss. Although this is not our preferred method of operating, it is something we may consider on its individual merit.
