The job
As part of the spa team, you will be delivering a professional, five-star spa experience to each client as part of our in-property spa services, using predominantly luxury products. Treatments include a wide variety of massages, facials, reflexology, and pedicures.
What you'll need
NVQ3 in beauty therapy at a minimum
The technical beauty skills to perform treatments to the highest standards
Verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about clients’ needs and explaining treatment options
High level of discretion
Confident and friendly demeanour
Fully flexible and willing to work some evenings and weekends
A Full UK driving licence.
Where you'll be based
Wilderness Reserve is located across 5000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.
What you'll receive
£26,500 per annum
20% retail commission + tips
Full-time 40 hours per week, working five days out of seven
