The job

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, five-star spa experience to each client as part of our in-property spa services, using predominantly Bamford and 111SKIN products. Treatments include a wide variety of massages, facials, reflexology, and pedicures. You will oversee and lead a team of Spa Therapists, ensuring guest experience is unrivalled.

What you'll need

NVQ3 in beauty therapy at a minimum
The technical beauty skills to perform treatments to the highest standards
Experience of leading and managing a team of spa therapists
Verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about clients’ needs and explaining treatment options
Hard-working and passionate
High level of discretion
Confident and friendly demeanour
Fully flexible and willing to work some evenings and weekends
A Full UK driving licence.

Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.

£30,000 - £38,000 per annum dependent on experience
