The job
As Sous Chef, you will support the talented Head Chef in the smooth running of the fast-paced kitchen, producing high-quality food and, hopefully, learning lots along the way.
What you'll need
Experience as a Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen, or an experienced CDP ready to step up
A passion for local and seasonal produce
A real desire to learn and expand your cookery knowledge
Good leadership skills
Where you'll be based
The restaurant is based in the centre of Woodbridge, within walking distance of the train station
What you'll receive
£35,000 - £37,000 per annum dependent on experience
Tips equally shared with staff
Full time, working 4 days per week, typically split shifts of 8am-3pm and 5:30pm-10pm
Employed role with 28 days annual leave
