The job
As Sous Chef you will work as part of a large brigade within a multi-kitchen venue providing breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, bar & lounge food, and large-scale event catering. You'll need to be exceptionally organised and able to work at a fast-pace whilst retaining the highest levels of quality.

The resort is located close to the Suffolk/Essex border, 20 minutes from Colchester and 30 minutes from Ipswich
What you'll receive
£40,000 - £44,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working 48 hours per week 5 days from 7 with overtime available.
