The Swan Hotel is the flagship property of Adnams, a 4-star hotel, 2AA rosette restaurant, and holder of one Michelin Key.
The job
As Senior Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen operation, cooking fine food to a 2AA rosette standard, contributing to rota management, ordering, hygiene compliance, and running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
What you'll need
Experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant environment
Experience in a 2AA rosette or equivalent kitchen
Understanding of wider hotel operations and how they may effect the kitchen
Where you'll be based
The hotel is in the centre of Southwold, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£38,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience
Tips equating to c.£5k per annum
Full time employment working c.48 hours per week, open to a four day week
28 days annual leave
