Fritton Lake is part of the Somerleyton Estate, owned by Hugh and Lara Somerleyton. Hugh Somerleyton is also the founder of charity WildEast which celebrates the extraordinary acts of ordinary people doing their bit to restore planet earth and sharing their dreams for a wider future - inspiring others to do the same. The ambition is to restore 20% of WildEast back to nature and record 20% of people on the map of dreams.
The job
As Senior Receptionist at the Fritton Lake Clubhouse you will be greeting our guests and ensuring every customer experience is an excellent one. You'll triage guest requirements in a professional and proactive manner, and act as host and the face of the clubhouse as guests and members arrive.
What you'll need
Previous experience working in a hotel receptionist role
Excellent hosting skills as the face of the business
Extremely personable with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
A neat and tidy appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Driving licence and transport due to location
Where you'll be based
Fritton Lake is set in unspoilt woodland and lush meadows that surround the sparkling lake at the heart of the club, close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border
What you'll receive
£12.50 per hour on an employed permanent contract
Working five days from seven on a rota basis, typically 45 hours per week to include evenings and weekends
Part time hours considered
29 days holiday including bank holidays
