The employer

The Lindsey Rose is a traditional, charming country pub and restaurant, serving real ales with a traditional British menu using local, freshly prepared produce. Part of Nedging Hall Estate, a group of local hospitality venues with exciting growth ambitions and environmental and sustainability targets.

The job

As cook, you will assist the Head Chef to produce quality meals using produce grown on the estate. You'll also be passionate about reducing the environmental impact of your kitchen and work towards meeting the groups carbon zero target.

The Lindsey Rose is located in Lindsey Tye in South Suffolk.

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
