As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible, with support from the GM, for the running of the front of house function of the restaurant, managing and overseeing both the restaurant and the bar, delivering service, updating menus, ordering stock, and taking responsibility for the presentation of the restaurant.
The restaurant has a relatively small workforce so the management part of the role is far more managing the day-to-day and being very hands-on rather than sat at a desk managing staff!
