Seckford Hall is a beautiful luxury hotel and spa located close to Woodbridge, Suffolk. Steeped in history, the magnificent red brick Tudor building is over 500 years old and is complemented by the modern facilities of the newly refurbished Seckford Spa.

The job

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for running the floor during service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests. You'll ensure the front of house team is happy and motivated to provide a warm, welcoming, excellent service, whilst overseeing and coordinating the running, planning, and organising of the front of house team.

What you'll need

Experience in a management role within a restaurant setting
Experience of running service, leading and developing staff
Knowledge and passion for wine an advantage
Determination to progress your hospitality career
Exceptional service delivery standards
Full UK driving licence and transport, due to location

Where you'll be based

Seckford Hall is located close to the A12 near to the town of Woodbridge, Suffolk.

What you'll receive

£35,000 - £38,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full time employment, working 40 hours over 5 days per week on a rota basis
Tips shared equally with staff
