A prominent 4-star hotel an 2AA rosette restaurant located in Southwold town centre within walking distance of the beach.
The job
As Restaurant Manager you will manage all aspects of the 48-seater restaurant which is central to the hotels operation. You'll lead by example and train & develop your team to ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll manage the restaurant team and be responsible for staffing and scheduling, and take responsibility for stock control.
What you'll need
Experience in a service-centred role, preferably as Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, or an Assistant Manager looking to step up
Understanding of exemplary levels of service
An interest in wine, WSET preferred but inhouse accreditation is available
Where you'll be based
The hotel is based in the centre of Southwold, within waking distance of the beach.
What you'll receive
£31,700 per annum plus tips equating to £4.5k plus
Permanent employment c.45-48 hours per week
28 days per annum holiday entitlement
