As Restaurant & Events Manager you will manage all aspects of the Great Barn, the central restaurant which is at the heart of the venue. You'll lead by example and train & develop your team to ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll manage the restaurant and bar team and be responsible for staffing and scheduling, and take responsibility for stock control. You'll work closely with the chef and other staff to ensure a seamless operation and take a lead on all food & beverage for both restaurant guests and bespoke events.
