As a management couple you will be a Head Chef and a General Manager and will take on the day-to-day running of this busy, recently refurbished, village pub under the guidance of a supportive private owner. As Chef, you will lead the kitchen, producing good honest pub food cooked well - good value home-cooked food, classics, and specials. The GM will run the day-to-day of the pub, managing FOH staff, stock, GP, and more. The pub is well-integrated into the community and there is a real opportunity for a proactive couple to lean into this and improve profits, for which you will be rewarded
