The job

As Property Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and significantly enhancing bookings via third-party booking platforms. You'll ensure listings are kept updated and fresh, liaising with the videography team to utilise the latest imagery and content.
You'll foster strong relationships with booking aggregators, travel agencies, and luxury hospitality partners to maximise exposure, proactively identify and attend industry events to network and promote the Wilderness Reserve brand, and implement effective sales strategies aimed at increasing bookings and occupancy rates whilst managing accounts meticulously, ensuring excellent client relations and repeat business.

What you'll need

A motivated individual with proven experience in sales, account management, and ideally luxury hospitality.
Exceptional networking skills, capable of representing the Wilderness Reserve at industry events.
A commercially-minded individual focused on driving growth and maximising bookings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with an aptitude for building lasting professional relationships.
A proactive self-starter able to operate independently, yet collaboratively within our ambitious team.
A full UK driving licence and transport due to rural location

Where you'll be based

Based in modern open-plan offices in a stunning location in Heveningham

What you'll receive

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (office-based, no hybrid working offered)
28 days annual leave
