The job

As Property Maintenance Operative you will work as part of a small team within a larger maintenance department, responsible for completing week-long property overhauls on unique properties. Although the bulk of the work will be painting and decorating you will also be sanding & oiling, changing lightbulbs, repairing silicon, sealing, and filling. Many of the painting methods we use are less common and you will spend time with our inhouse specialist painters to receive training on how to best apply.

What you'll need

Experienced property maintenance professional
A skilled painter and decorator, preferably versed in less common methods such as limewash
Ability to turn your hand to any property maintenance task as required
Well-presented and courteous
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport

Where you'll be based

The estate spans 8000 acres, from Heveningham to Sibton to Yoxford.

What you'll receive

£28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full time employed contract working Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
28 days annual leave, including bank holidays
Full training in various painting and decorating methods
