The job
As Pre-Assembly Technician you will work fairly autonomously within the workshop in a multi-faceted role. You will liaise with field-based staff, obtaining their requirements for demonstration products and assembling them to suit. You will also oversee stock control and goods-in whilst maintaining good order in the workshop. Once or twice a week you will make deliveries to sites in Milton Keynes and Shropshire so you must be comfortable driving.
What you'll need
Practically-minded, preferably with some electrical or mechanical experience
Self-motivated, logical and professional
Trustworthy and reliable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Full UK driving licence
Where you'll be based
The workshop is based close to Thurston, Suffolk, in a rural location
What you'll receive
£30,000 per annum
Working Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
