Mixed farming operation across multiple sites in East Suffolk

The job

As Stockperson you will be working as part of a small team of six to maintain the welfare of the livestock. You will be feeding, bedding, moving, handling, checking stock and reporting to the manager. You will be expected to operate a range of agricultural machinery. The role would suit either an experienced stockperson or someone starting out.

What you'll need

Experience working with livestock and operating agricultural machinery, including tractor driving, an advantage
Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
Ability to undertake physically demanding work
A full UK driving licence due to rural location

Where you'll be based

The farm is based in Friston, Suffolk

What you'll receive

£30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working week of 50 hours, including every other weekend (12 days on 2 days off)
28 days annual leave
Overtime available
