The job
As Pastry Chef you run the pastry section, producing exceptional desserts and pastries for functions, restaurant service, and afternoon teas. You'll have a great opportunity to make your mark and contribute to the exciting future success of the business.
What you'll need
Minimum 3 years pastry experience in a restaurant kitchen
A natural inclination towards excellence in every detail
Ambitious and knowledgeable, with a desire to bring ideas to the table
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Where you'll be based
Seckford Hall is located close to the A12 near to the town of Woodbridge, Suffolk.
What you'll receive
£36,000 - £38,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working schedule to include 5 days from 7, working 45 hours per week
50% off food and beverage for up to 4 people in the restaurant

28 days annual leave (including bank holidays in lieu)
