This is a hands-on role for an energetic and highly organised hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Working closely with the General Manager and Event Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day operation, overseeing everything from rotas, stock and suppliers to service standards, training, costs and compliance.

You’ll be proactive, commercially minded and meticulous about detail, with a natural ability to anticipate what needs doing and make it happen. Your plans and priorities will often need to adapt as circumstances change, and embracing this flexibility is an important part of the role. Above all, you’ll be adaptable, enthusiastic and always willing to roll up your sleeves and jumping in when needed.
