The job
As Night Porter you will be the main point of contact for hotel guests overnight. You'll welcome any late arrivals and perform early checkouts, answer the telephone and address any enquiries, handle any guest requests, conduct regular security walks and floor checks, ensure public areas are kept clean, and more.
What you'll need
Experience in a customer-facing role essential, and a background in hospitality, security, or facilities management hugely desirable
Willingness to take on further shifts to cover holidays/sickness as required
Where you'll be based
The hotel is in the centre of Ipswich
What you'll receive
£13.25 per hour
Working minimum two nights per week (10:30pm-7am) with extra shifts available if you require
Holiday allowance of 28 days per annum pro rata
