The job

As Night Baker & Pastry Chef you will prepare high-quality pastries and baked goods for early-morning customers. You'll prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts to established recipes and standards, assist with mixing, shaping, and general preparation tasks, operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and monitor inventory and report shortages.

What you'll need

Proven experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen essential
Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and to lift trays.
Driving licence due to rural location

Where you'll be based

The well-equipped commercial kitchen is based just outside Thurston, Suffolk, in a rural location

What you'll receive

£13.00 - £16.00 per hour dependent on experience
Employed or self-employed available
Working Wednesday - Saturday 12am-5am
