As Plant Operator you will work as part of a team of three on daily operations of the agricultural plant, including the use of an industrial forklift and telehandler, to dry straw bales and proceed to process them further through the plant to make pellets.
You'll manufacture the product in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to site rules and regulations within the manufacturing process to be compliant with law and legislation, and use computer software to plan and log data to meet industry standards.
