As Retail Consultant you will guide customers through the premium menswear collections, helping them make confident choices and ensuring every visit is memorable. You will work closely with clients, sometimes for extended periods, providing a level of service that goes beyond the ordinary and fosters long-term relationships.

Training will be provided so that you can demonstrate expert knowledge of the fabrics, tailoring, and product range, while delivering exceptional, personal customer service to each client. Alongside the team, you will maintain the visual appeal of the store and merchandise displays, manage sales transactions and handle customer enquiries professionally, and support the store in achieving its sales objectives.
