An established and reputable construction, project management and design & development company completing architect and client-led residential building projects predominantly in Norfolk and Suffolk.

The job

As Junior Construction Manager you will work closely with the management team to gain an understanding of all areas of the business throughout the project lifecycle.

You will receive hands-on experience on live projects, working alongside skilled trades on truly exceptional builds. You’ll learn all aspects of construction management, including site management, technical services, and commercial management/quantity surveying & estimating skills. As your skills and understanding of the business develop you will become an integral part of the management team, eventually pricing and running your own jobs with scope for future progression.

What you'll need

Experience in construction management or similar, ONC/HND/BTEC/NVQ or degree are an advantage but not an overriding factor
A thirst for learning and developing your own career within a small to medium sized construction company.
Experience in a practical site role an advantage
A proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude
A Full UK driving licence

Where you'll be based

The majority of projects are based in the Suffolk Coastal region between Woodbridge and Aldeburgh.

What you'll receive

- £25,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- An opportunity to become an integral part of the business
- Company van and fuel card
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
