The job

You will be committed to deliver exceptionally high standards and will motivate a team to provide a seamless and professional service. As the Housekeeping Manager of these impressive properties, you will be expected to create an unrivalled service in terms of quality and delivery - inspiring others to always achieve excellence.

To achieve this, you will manage the housekeeping team to include rotas, holidays, appraisals, disciplinary, Fire Safety Procedures and Health & Safety regulations. You'll ensure that adequate staff are scheduled each week within budget, taking into consideration the fluctuating business levels, and manage all housekeeping stock and supervise the purchase of Housekeeping products.

What you'll need

Experience as a Housekeeping Manager, Head Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeper in a hospitality environment
A good understanding of scheduling, productivity and inventory controls
Willingness to lead by example and undertake cleaning of properties yourself
Standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead
To be a manager who can encourage a team and promote good employee morale and ensure a high level of commitment and pride
It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.
A Full UK driving licence (we request that you do not drive your own vehicle on the reserve and use our Morris Minor Travellers onsite to get to and from the properties)

Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.

What you'll receive

- £30,000 per annum
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- Working on a rota basis Monday-Sunday with two days off per week
