As House Manager you will oversee daily operations of the main house, ensuring the smooth running, presentation and upkeep of the property while managing household staff and delivering first-class service to the owners and their guests.
You'll manage and supervise household staff including housekeepers, temporary staff and contractors, oversee the daily presentation and cleanliness of the home, organise and assist with private entertaining, formal dinners, shooting parties and occasional public events, liaise with external suppliers and contractors for maintenance, preservation and services.
You'll also manage household budgets, inventories and procurement of supplies, ensure security and health & safety compliance throughout the property, and support the family with day to day tasks, including management of vehicles, animals etc.
