The employer
The Swan Hotel is the flagship property of Adnams, a 4-star hotel, 2AA rosette restaurant, and holder of one Michelin Key.
The job
As General Manager you will take responsibility for the entire hotel operation, including the restaurant, bar, housekeeping, reception, and the entire guest experience. You will collaborate with all departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement, striving to deliver guests the experience they deserve and boosting the profile of the hotel in turn.
What you'll need
Extensive experience in hospitality management
Ability to lead and develop a large team
A real passion for hospitality
Where you'll be based
The hotel is in the centre of Southwold, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full time employment working c.48 hours per week
28 days annual leave
