The Wentworth Hotel in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, is a country house hotel with exceptional sea views, whose kitchen pride themselves on preparing delicious cuisine made with fresh local produce.

The job

As Head Receptionist, you will deliver exceptional service to our guests, recording and controlling all bookings and restaurant reservations, answering external and internal calls, and complete day-to-day administrative tasks.

What you'll need

Experience working in a receptionist role in a similar-sized hotel (35 bedroom)
Experience of computerised front office systems required, experience using Guestline software an advantage
A neat and tidy appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation

The Wentworth Hotel holds a prominent location on Aldeburgh seafront, on the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

What you'll receive

- £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- Straight shifts, 7:30am-3:30pm/9:30am-5:30pm/3pm-11pm on a rota basis, 5 days over 7
- Onsite accommodation available at the cost of £45 per week
- Closed at Christmas
