The job

As Head Painter & Decorator you will work mostly autonomously as part of a wider maintenance team, undertaking external and internal painting and decorating works on the companies portfolio of c.25 rental properties, commercial premises, pubs, and restaurants.

Experienced Painter & Decorator
Ability to self-manage your workload
Loyal and trustworthy
Willingness to use a cherry picker essential
Full UK driving licence and transport

Where you'll be based

You'll be based in the village of Nedging, near Bildeston, and work is all in the surrounding towns and villages

What you'll receive

£32,000 - £36,000 dependent on experience
Permanent employed work, all year round
Working week of 8am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-3:30pm Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break
28 days annual leave
