As Chef you will prepare and cook pub classics to an incredibly high standard, with an emphasis on using the finest local ingredients. You'll be encouraged to undertake producer visits and forge lasting relationships with suppliers. Although the brief is pub classics, you'll have the creative freedom to improve upon these, as well as offering specials. The pub offers lunch and dinner Wednesday-Saturday (last dinner orders 8pm so the nights are not late) and lunch on Sunday. You will be running the kitchen solo with the support of a reliable and enthusiastic commis chef.
