The job
This is a hands-on Head Chef role for someone who thrives on leading from the front. You’ll take full ownership of the kitchen, driving menu development and maintaining the highest standards. Creating bold, well-executed dishes alongside exciting, seasonal plates rooted in local produce.
You’ll lead and motivate a skilled brigade of four, overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen while working closely with a strong, well-trained front-of-house team to deliver standout guest experiences. With ambitious plans to grow into a multi-site business, there is an opportunity to be a key part of what comes next.
What you'll need
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy pub, restaurant, hotel or similar.
A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Creative flair for menu design with a genuine passion for seasonal, local ingredients.
Robust financial and performance management skills.
Calm, focused and resilient under pressure, with an eye for detail.

What you'll receive
£45,000 + £5,000k tips per annum.
