The job

As General Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the hotel, leading and inspiring staff, and ensuring the front of house experience is always at it's best. You will be at the centre of all the good things that happen at the hotel, whilst managing the team, sorting rotas, stock and cellar management. You'll have full support from an established staff as well as a central reservations team

Experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry

Where you'll be based

The hotel is in the coastal town of Southwold, Suffolk

What you'll receive

- £38,000 - £39,000 per annum basic salary
- Tips equating to approximately £2 per hour/£5k per year
- Working 5 days out of 7, 48 hours per week
- Promotion and progression opportunities across the group
