Established company with exciting plans to open a new food hall

The job

As Manager, you will work with the owners initially on the concept of the new food hall, establishing suppliers, product placement, and project managing the refurbishment in preparation for opening in spring 2025. Once open, you will build, develop, and lead a team in delivering the very best Suffolk produce to Aldeburgh High Street

What you'll need

Experience in a supervisory role within food retail
A passion for promoting local produce
Ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers and a commercial mindset
Experience of managing and improving staff

Where you'll be based

The food hall will be based in Aldeburgh, in a high street location

What you'll receive

£30,000 per annum in a full time employed role
Varied hours to include weekends and bank holidays
An opportunity to take real ownership of a fantastic new concept
