A family-owned and run farm shop selling the finest local produce and homemade items
The job
As Shop Manager you will provide leadership for the shop staff, ensuring that the shop operates smoothly, safely, efficiently and effectively. As manager you will lead by example, maintain consistently high standards, manage staff, costs, pricing, margins and stock whilst supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service.
What you'll need
Experience within a management position in a food retail environment
An approachable and supportive management style and a leader by example
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Excellent communication skills
A positive and productive work ethic
Own transport due to location
Where you'll be based
The farm shop is in a accessible rural location close to Woodbridge, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£30,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working five days per week, to include weekends on a rota
Employed contract
28 days annual leave
