As Finance Manager, you will be working closely with the owner to have full financial oversight of the groups businesses, whilst maintaining a hands-on approach with the support of two part time staff members. Using your extensive experience, you will produce management accounts, prepare and oversee budgets, cashflows, and costings, VAT preparation, preparing R&D tax credit submission, reconciling balance sheets and data entry, reconciling RHI and FiT meter claims, year end accounts, and more.

In addition, you will be involved with improving efficiencies across the businesses, and working alongside the owner in the research and implementation of business plans and expansions.
