The job
As Executive Head Chef you will be charged with leading the Bildeston Crown's food offering in an exciting new direction, designing and implementing new menus and heavily utilising the kitchen garden and produce from the wider estate. You'll be hands-on, cooking and leading by example with an established brigade.

What you'll receive
- £48,000 - £53,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Tips equating to at least £3,000 per annum
- Longevity bonuses
- 48 hour working week
