It is unlike anything or any place you’ve ever been before.

The job

Your focus will be on perfecting the stay of our guests, from agreeing seating plans, arranging their food & beverage, to coordinating chefs, butlers, and front of house staff.

You'll also be responsible for promoting additional services to both corporate and private guests of Wilderness such as wild water swimming, helicopter rides, bonfire nights, archery and many more.

What you'll need

A minimum of one year experience in events, preferably high-end hospitality.
An inspiring work ethic – we need people that raise the bar around them.
A passion for hospitality and creating lasting memories for our guests.
It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.

Where you'll be based

Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.

What you'll receive

- £27,000 per annum plus commission (£35,000-£40,000 ote)
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- Working on a rota basis Monday-Sunday between 8am and 10pm
