The employer

A traditional rural Estate of some 5,500 acres situated in South Norfolk.

The job

As Property Administrator you will dealing with all administration relating to the renting out of residential, agricultural, and commercial properties on the Estate.

This work includes:
- Finding new tenants and filling out new tenancy proposal forms; maintaining the electronic Property Management software
- Dealing with rent arrears schedules on an ongoing basis and reporting on these in the monthly property meeting
- Dealing with property reviews and meeting with the tenants to discuss and assess how they are maintaining the property
- Raising of AHA and FBT agricultural rents; annual grazing agreements; dealing with tenant’s queries/complaints and passing on maintenance issues to the maintenance manager
- Raising the necessary job sheets for maintenance work, as required for the Property Manager and keeping track of these/and updating the maintenance record for each property
- Dealing with tenant’s recharges for utility invoices where necessary and the property service charges
- Submission of quarterly reports for the Renewal Heat Incentive (RHI) in respect of Non-Domestic woodchip boilers and annual declarations
- Submission of quarterly reports to Ofgem for PV installation

As a small close-knit office, you will also muck-in with other administration tasks as required.

What you'll need

Experience within property lettings, estate office, or similar
Comfortable in a rural office environment as part of a small team
Willingness to muck in and assist colleagues with other tasks
Full UK driving licence due to location

Where you'll be based

The estate office is based in the village of Raveningham, South Norfolk

What you'll receive

£35,000 per annum full time equivalent salary
Working 21 hours per week, either 3 full days or 5 shorter days as required
Potential for more hours for the right candidate
