As Dispatch Manager you will manage and control the safe, accurate, and timely dispatch of meat products while ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, labelling, traceability, and SALSA requirements. The role combines desk-based operations with being hands-on to support production, order accuracy, stock control, and customer satisfaction.

You'll oversee the daily dispatch of finished goods, ensuring orders are picked, checked, packed, labelled, and dispatched on time while ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with food safety requirements.

This is a key role within a small, friendly, and close-knit team where everyone contributes and supports each other. You will also be cross-trained to complete other areas of production to support absences and spikes in workload.
