We are looking to take on an ambitious, proactive and creative person to join our small team and help drive the business forward. Working closely with the founder, you will have a key role in identifying and assessing development opportunities and managing the delivery of multiple residential projects. Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds in architecture, planning, project management, land buying or quantity surveying.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Source land opportunities with development potential
- Define design briefs and produce initial massing studies
- Evaluate project viability
- Commission planning related external consultant reports
- Oversee planning submissions and project timelines
- Manage removal of planning conditions
- Co-ordinate detailed design and consultant input
- Architectural oversight and valuations co-ordination between Nest, contractors and architect.
- Source and co-ordinate ‘client supply’ elements
- Deal with building control, warranty provision and insurance.
- Conduct market, design and sustainability research
- Manage digital presence: social media, website & newsletters
