The job

As Customer Services Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process. You'll answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner; provide support for order processing and customer account management; liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently; and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What you'll need

Previous experience in a customer service or office support role
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Positive, solutions-focused attitude
Driving licence and transport due to location

Where you'll be based

The business is based in Stradbroke, Suffolk, in a rural location

What you'll receive

£27,000 - £28,500 per annum dependent on experience
Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
