The job
As Customer Liaison & Office Administrator you will be primarily responsible for communicating with new and existing customers both in person and via phone and email. You will proactively update customers on the progression of their project and handle any queries they may have. Visitors to the workshop will be keen to talk to you about their pride and joy, and you’ll collect key information regarding their project and book in meetings with the Engineering Manager to discuss in detail. You’ll also work closely with the workshop team, assisting with basic office administration and day to day accounts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative skills
Personable, proactive, and customer-focused.
Team player with a collaborative approach as part of a small team
An interest, knowledge, or passion for classic cars would be a huge advantage
A full UK driving licence and transport due to location
Where you'll be based
The state-of-the-art premises is based on the outskirts of Woodbridge, offering some of the finest working conditions in the industry
What you'll receive
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum full time equivalent, dependent on experience
Part time role, preferably working five short days per week 10am-2pm Monday-Friday (some flexibility around this)
