The job
As Contracts Manager you will be a key part of the company management team in delivering both small works and substantial residential building projects in the Suffolk Coastal region. You will work with quantity surveyors to price larger projects and conduct pricing for small works yourself, while managing the workforce and live projects.
What you'll need
Extensive experience in the project management of residential building projects
Capability to accurately price small works projects of up to £100k in value
A capable leader and organiser
Commercially astute and aware
Full UK driving licence and transport
Where you'll be based
The offices are based near Woodbridge, Suffolk, with projects in the local area
What you'll receive
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum dependent on experience
Company vehicle
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
