The job
As Office Manager you will provide full administrative support to the director as the business continues to grow. As this is the first back-office appointment for the company you will often be working alone and will need a proactive nature towards work. You'll support with health & safety procedures and ensure all documentation is in order; deal with incoming enquiries; liaise with suppliers and order materials.
In time, and dependent on experience, you will get involved with CIS reporting and bookkeeping.
What you'll need
Experienced Office Manager or administrator, preferably within the construction industry
Exceptional organisational abilities and IT skills
A proactive nature and ability to prioritise your own workload
Flexible and adaptable to the day-to-day duties as required by the director
A hands-on mentality, willing to muck-in and help colleagues as required
Where you'll be based
The offices are based in Framlingham, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£30,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with a consideration for shorter days/part time
28 days annual leave
