The job
As Company Bookkeeper you will provide full financial administrative support and ownership of all purchasing and cost tracking. You will be responsible for all bookkeeping, management accounts, supplier management, and internal reporting. You'll enjoy being hands-on and being in the detail, and take pride in running a tight ship.
Your remit will include bookkeeping & financial administration; management accounts & reporting; purchasing & supply chain support; and compliance & internal controls
What you'll need
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance or bookkeeping role
Strong working knowledge of Xero, Sage, or similar systems
AAT Level 3 or qualified by experience
Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
Solid Excel skills and confidence handling data
Organised, meticulous and commercially aware
Able to work independently and take initiative
Happy to be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone mucks in
Discreet, trustworthy and professionally confident
Where you'll be based
The offices are based in the IP1 area of Ipswich, with onsite parking. Please note, the office is on the first floor with no lift available.
What you'll receive
£32,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full time employment working Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
