The job
As Client Account Administrator you will ensure our operations run smoothly by supporting the field-based Sales Manager and collaborating with administration and transport teams to deliver excellent service to clients. You will ensure client accounts are well managed by doing quoting, order coordination, follow-ups and reporting.
You will prepare and send tailored customer quotes, diligently following up to convert enquiries into confirmed orders, serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, manage day-to-day client accounts with precision ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate, collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and support internal teams, and generate regular reports and updates on client activity to inform strategic decisions.
What you'll need
Experienced in an account management, customer service, or sales support/administration role
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, keen eye for details as well as being highly organised and methodical to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Where you'll be based
The offices are based in the IP1 area of Ipswich, with onsite parking. Please note, the office is on the first floor with no lift available.
What you'll receive
£28,000 per annum
Full time employment working Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
